  • Do I need to remove make up for a facial?
    Your skin will be cleansed as part of any skin treatments. We do recommend wearing only light make up on the day of your treatments as some brands of make up are very colour fast. For skin needling we recommend coming with clean skin if possible.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    You can book online via this website, by calling or SMS your request to 0410581602 or by email. Please be aware we have a 24 hr cancellation/alter/change policy for all appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 2 hrs notice a full fee of service is applicable.
  • Can I bring pictures that I like of hair colours or cuts?
    Yes! A picture can be very helpful when you're trying to explain how you would like you hair to look! When you look at the pictures try to decide which parts of the colour or cut you are most drawn too and point these out to your stylist.
  • How often should I have a facial?
    Facials can be had as an intensive weekly series for those serious about results and transforming their complexion. Sophisticated skin care lovers can do 2 - 3 series a year for the ultimate in complexion care. A maintenance facial every 3-4 weeks is highly recommended to keep up your skin goals. People that have facials for relaxation can choose a seasonal visit schedule!
  • How much will my hair service be?
    We are unable to give you a quote via phone or email. Hair is unique and so are the results you desire. We need to see your hair in person and if you request we can give you a firm quote before commencement on the day. We may discover in your first visit that future visits require more time or product. We will let you know as we like to ensure you feel comfortable and we can make sure your services meet your expectation. We can work with budget and time constraints please advice us how we can best work with your needs.
  • Do I need to wash my hair before I come for my appointment?
    For haircut, colour & blow dry appointment we will wash your hair so you do not need to wash your hair on the day of your visit. For colour appointments we recommend not washing your hair for 48 hrs prior and post! If your coming for event hair styling please consult with us regarding your individual circumstances as some styles are best if you wash the hair the day prior.
  • What is the $3 Green Fee?
    We have been proudly one of the first salon in NSW to support the Sustainable Salons Organisation. This not for profit, innovative organisation leads the way in supporting the reduction of waste from your visits to the salon & spa. They collect, recycle, repurpose and give back to the community. The Green fee is charged per Visit, instead of per service. This fee goes directly to Sustainable Salons to cover the collection of the waste & by products of your services. We choose to highlight this fee to bring awareness to our sustainable business practices and the efforts we are going to care for the future.
