MAKING YOUR VISIT FLOW

STORE POLICY

Please arrive at least 5 mins prior to your appointment time in preparation for your experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to do your services or we may need to modify your booking.  Please call us if you know your are running late so we can best try to work with you!

24 hr notice is required to cancel or alter a booking to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 2 hrs notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Our reminder message service is a courtesy - if you don't receive a message and forget your appointment the cancellation policy is still applicable. 

 

Please make childcare arrangements for children under the age of 12. 

Unfortunately pets are not permitted in the salon or spa due to health department regulations.
 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Please respect the privacy and quiet of all guests.

We encourage all visitors to turn their phone to silent on arrival to help us keep the space more peaceful.  If you do need to take a call please step outside, thank you

 

Please inform us if you are pregnant, have any allergies or are under the care of a medical doctor or alternative practitioner. ​ Please advise any previous skin reactions.

 

Although every attempt is taken, Mineral Lifestyle Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for your personal belongings within the premises - this extends to hair pieces and hair extensions that have been done by another salon. CCTV is recording, by entering our premises you are consenting to being filmed in the public spaces.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All hair colour appointments - you should not wash or get your hair wet for 48 hrs to allow the colour to settle and set you up for long lasting shine and tone.

​Treatment time is approximate and includes consultation and professional advice. Our tiered pricing structure reflects the educational and experience level of our team. 

Hair Services Prices - Desired outcome, hair history, product required, time required, expertise of the stylist and condition of your hair all need to be assessed to determine a hair quote. Please request at the beginning of your service. This can only be done in person - not via phone or email.

Our digital hair colour system logs how much colour we need to use for your hair. Additional colour required above our standard appointment allocation is added to your bill.  This can vary from visit to visit, depending on the condition of your hair and the colour services performed.

We endeavour to exceed your expectations of results each and every visit.  

If you are unsatisfied with your appointment please contact us immediately. 

We not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases of products or gift vouchers. If you are unhappy with your experience or purchase please let us know within 7 days. We are happy to redo your appointment within 7 days of your service with us.
